Our customer is a global leader on vacuum coating equipment and solution provider from Germany, we need to recruit a Quality Manager in Shanghai due to our business development in China. Here is the job description of the Quality Manager as follow:

Title: Quality Manager
Report to: General Manager

Main Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with General Manager to lead the quality related issues of China region,not only QC, but also QA
2. Support the key Dept. such as Engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, service, etc. to launch the quality systems, especially ISO9001
3. Restructure and optimize the quality system, process and policies to ensure the product and service with excellent quality
4. Other tasks assigned by General Manager and the HQ
5. Cross-functional communications and make sure the related programs run smoothly

Must Have:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 8 years’ quality management experience in related industries such as vacuum coating equipment, semiconductor equipment, solar equipment, etc.
3. Familiar with the quality systems
4. 3 years’ managerial experience
5. Professional written English
6. Good integrity, optimistic, aggressive and a fast learner
7. Proactive self starter as well as collaborative team worker and pressure resistant
8. Accessible and resilience

Preferably Have:
1. Knowledge of semiconductor or solar industries.
2. Fluent oral English
