JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily workings of our production, quality and PIC department. Will be the driver of efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring that our operational processes align with business goals and deliver outstanding results.
Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities:
61 Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production, quality and PIC department;
61 Manage the training, performance evaluation, and development of production, quality and PIC department;
61 Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards and health
