YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quickly learn and understand how it operates in different functions and in the Site as a whole
Contribute to daily operation on assigned roles and be able to achieve the objectives in each rotation
Lead or Support project ideation and implementation in Product Supply Center
Reflect, think beyond and put forward constructive suggestion for improvement
Act as a role model to develop the site culture

Target fresh graduates or young professionals who graduate within 1 year. Bachelor or above Degree with major in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Automation or related areas;
.Strong learning agility with grow mindset
Good interpersonal skills
Strong structured thinking and problem solving skills
Good data analysit skills and digital awareness
Good command of Microsoft skills 7.Able to work in both Chinese and English
