Job Summary- Following the rules of EHS, make SGA to be the main supplier in customer by developing and coordinating SGA resources to serve the customer well.- Enhance Focused market sales coverage and technical support.- Develop key segment application in accordance with SGA strategyCore responsibility- Achieve segment and individual sales target.- Business development in segment in accordance with SGA business strategy,such as auto body, aerospace and metal working- Coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sale. Push the whole process execution from pricing, order following up and payment receiving and products claiming.- To work closely with the application technologies team to provide technical support and field services to the customers;- Develop new application market and find new customers, improving market range. - To collect and update market information on a regular basis, and make the marketing study.- To ensure long-term business prospects with the customers and profit oriented result to the Company.- Set up and maintain good relationship with end users, gain customer trust and continuously get new project opportunities, follow up new projects well; Build and keep good cooperation relationship with partner (distributor) and different departments inside SGA to fulfill high efficiency cooperation; And based on it, manage end users and distributors well.- Be familiar with Abrasives industry and its grinding application. Collect and update market information on a regular basis, and make the marketing study. Identify and warn potential business risks and has the ability to summarize the development characteristics and trends for specific segment.- Conduct daily sales work timely and efficiently, such as customer information collection, sample application and management, customer test arrangement, order placement for direct customer, special price application, price system management, AR (Account Receivable) push, delivery management, urgent order coordination and follow up, customer training seminar organization, etc. Has the ability to deal with most complaints; Provide monthly order and sales forecast promptly; Submit high quality report like travel report and monthly report, etc.- Coach and lead team to help them to realize skill development and individual growth- Manage Funnel and TAP projects well; according to the requirement to do PSP project.- Any other tasks assigned by the Superior.* Typical Education Level Demo: Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering, marketing or sales background is a plus.* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills - Above 5-year relevant technical sales working experiences in industry, have knowledge of Abrasives product is a plus. - Excellent sales skill. - Good experience in coaching and lead sales team is a plus - General computer skills, especially MS Office. - Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. office - Good writing and oral in English is a plus. 工作總括:1、在遵守圣戈班健康、安全、環(huán)境政策的前提下,協(xié)調(diào)好圣戈班的資源來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)和服務(wù)好客戶(hù),使圣戈班成為客戶(hù)的磨料磨具主力供應(yīng)商。2、提高關(guān)注的行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售覆蓋和技術(shù)支持。3、按照公司的長(zhǎng)期策略開(kāi)發(fā)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)應(yīng)用主要工作職責(zé):1、達(dá)成負(fù)責(zé)行業(yè)及個(gè)人的銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)2、按照公司的長(zhǎng)期策略,開(kāi)發(fā)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)應(yīng)用,如:車(chē)身涂裝、航空、金屬加工3、為提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度并發(fā)展新的銷(xiāo)售做好客戶(hù)及公司內(nèi)部各部門(mén)間的溝通協(xié)調(diào),推進(jìn)報(bào)價(jià)、訂單跟進(jìn)、貨款催付及產(chǎn)品抱怨整個(gè)流程。4、和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密配合,為客戶(hù)提供技術(shù)支持及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)。5、開(kāi)拓新應(yīng)用、發(fā)展新客戶(hù),增加產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售范圍;6、定期收集更新市場(chǎng)信息,進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)分析。7、把握與客戶(hù)的長(zhǎng)期業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展前景,并能為公司帶來(lái)效益。8、建立并維持與最終客戶(hù)的良好合作關(guān)系,贏得客戶(hù)的信任并能不斷從客戶(hù)處獲取新項(xiàng)目,跟蹤好新項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展;建立并維持與合作伙伴(經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商)及公司內(nèi)不同部門(mén)之間良好且高效的合作關(guān)系;在此基礎(chǔ)上管理好客戶(hù)與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商。 9、熟悉磨料磨具行業(yè)及磨削應(yīng)用,定期收集更新市場(chǎng)信息,進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)分析,鑒別與預(yù)警潛在的業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),能總結(jié)行業(yè)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)。10、及時(shí)和高效處理銷(xiāo)售的日常職責(zé),如客戶(hù)信息收集、樣品申請(qǐng)與管理、客戶(hù)試驗(yàn)協(xié)調(diào)、直接客戶(hù)的訂單處理、特價(jià)申請(qǐng)準(zhǔn)備、價(jià)格體系管理、應(yīng)收款催賬、發(fā)貨管理、緊急訂單生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)與交貨跟蹤、客戶(hù)培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)的組織等,能獨(dú)立處理大部分的客戶(hù)投訴;及時(shí)提供月度訂單與銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè);提交有質(zhì)量報(bào)告,如出差報(bào)告,月度報(bào)告。11、輔導(dǎo)和帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)獲得他們的技能提升與個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)12、管理好Funnel與TAP的項(xiàng)目,按照公司要求做PSP項(xiàng)目。13、上級(jí)指派的其他工作。教育背景:機(jī)械或化學(xué)等工科專(zhuān)業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷,具備市場(chǎng)或營(yíng)銷(xiāo)背景者為佳。相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)技能:1、5年以上工業(yè)行業(yè)技術(shù)型銷(xiāo)售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉磨料磨具行業(yè)產(chǎn)品為佳。 2、優(yōu)秀的銷(xiāo)售技巧;3、有輔導(dǎo)與帶領(lǐng)銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳4、熟練應(yīng)用MS Office;5、具備很強(qiáng)的商務(wù)談判技巧及很強(qiáng)的報(bào)告、演講技能;6、具備良好的英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ)能力優(yōu)先。 職能類(lèi)別:銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理 關(guān)鍵字:航空航天
