Job Responsibilities Facility management (utilities, water, sewer, electrical, and structural). Coordinate the maintenance of various manufacturing equipment. Provide timely technical support to operations to identify and resolve issues. Determines building requirements for utilities, water, sewer and electrical systems due to layout change . Ensures the facility is in compliance with laws and regulations. Manages outside contractors performing maintenance, repairs to the facility or utility system Cost reduction Support Lean Deployment Background /Experiences Bachelor degree or above 3 years working experiences in civil and industrial construction , facility management , architectural engineering is preferred Be able to use Auto CAD software . Work proactively, good communication and coordination skill. Be honest and integrity, brave to take responsibility, work hard and be good at teamwork.
