What are my responsibilities?
1. As representative from SCM need organize NPI from the design phase of new
product project until the stabilization of mass production
2. Take role of Magellan global production transfer as representative from
SSMR SCM, coordinate global production transfer between different production
locations
3. Lead core team of SCM to be continuous productivity improvement and close
to collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
4. As the representative from SSMR SCM, organize business discussion with
global SCM excellence team including quality improvement, process optimization,
productivity improvement, capacity improvement and global production network
setup, etc..
5. Be responsible for leading production capacity improvement whatever new
location expand or internal process optimization
6. Organize and setup cross functional team to drive optimization of SSMR SCM
business or problem solving
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years’ experience.
2. Deeply understanding business of SCM and MR manufacturing process, customer
oriented and overall thinking.
3. Good project management experience, multi-tasking skill, team management
and objective oriented.
4. Be proactive and creative, have a good capability of communication,
presentation, organization
