?Work as 1st contact window to ME-CN and RBAC cross function SAP key users, support them to solve SAP regular issue. Like normal SAP operation error, incident process , new business requirement.
?Train and develop SAP key users to be more knowledgable to support own department SAP users
?Within BBM project,work as process and SAP expert to drive own process discussion, visualize process flow with standard and transparent Bosch tool. Lead testing, migration, user training and go-live prepariation in own process area.
?Participant or lead cross module topics, to secure business needs, create end to end process solution, improve connectivity and digitalization.
?Be contracted to BBM as SAP expert
?Assign to project team
?for analyses or data cleansing activities
?for process consulting and definition
?for support in migration and testing
?during Go Live and Stabilization
?Lead PIA or join in PIA as M2S PST (process
