We are looking for a new colleague Software Engineer - Functional Safety for our Division Chassis Solutions at our location of Guangzhou.
Your tasks:
- Central contact person for internal and external customers as well as responsible for the software safety lifecycle
- Support of the development teams concerning functional safety
- Developing concepts for a safe and reliable software for steering systems, particularly regarding autonomous driving and steer-by-wire
- Maintenance and optimization of the software safety process
- Creation and review of software safety work products such as FTA/FMEA and DFA as well as ensuring the Freedom from Interference in software.
Your profile:
- More than 3 years of embedded software development
- Knowledge of the standards: ISO26262, Automotive SPICE
- Experience on the common methods of safety analysis such as FTA/FMEA and DFA
- Experience on steering system or software is a plus.
- Interested in intercultural cooperation, fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
