職位介紹：
Assist Dept. manager for paperwork monitoring (warehouse inspection report/PO files management/payment records/customs paper checking., etc);
協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理進行文件監(jiān)控(倉庫檢驗報告/訂單文件管理/付款記錄/海關文件檢查等);
Prepare the shipping documents/certificates required by customs, shipping lines and customers;
準備海關、航運公司和客戶所需的運輸文件/證書;
Keep tracking for imported material, support the customs clearance process;
跟蹤進口物料，支持清關流程;
Prepare dept. KPI data preparation, report/analyses;
部門KPI數(shù)據(jù)準備，報告/分析;
Complete other duties assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。
職位要求：
Bachelor’s degree, Logistics related major
本科以上學歷，物流相關專業(yè)
Sophomore or the *** of master is preferred
大二或碩士研究生優(yōu)先
Good English skills in both oral and written
良好的英語口語和書面表達能力
Good computer skills
良好的計算機技能
Excellent communication and coordination skills
優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力
Positive attitude could work under pressure and independently
積極的工作態(tài)度，能在壓力下獨立工作
Ability to take ownership and responsibility, team oriented
具有主人翁精神和責任感、團隊合作精神
