What you’ll do:
● Implement channel development program and work with EOEM sales team to implement, Identify, develop and manage the distributors to achieve the sales target.
● Work with channel manager on distributor development and realize annual target,make sure implementation tracking throughout the year
● Establish sales goals and business plan based on the new product launch, developing accurate sales forecast for channel partners;
● Evaluate distributor performance in effective and measurable way, to work with regional sales to improve distributor's productivity;
● Work with channel manager and regional sales to improve distributor system and develop new partners to drive channel sales growth, like covering regional coverage or focusing on business segment strategy...;
● Establish and maintain a strong cooperation with partners to align mutual activity and direction;
● Formulate partner policies and support on channel conflicts management if there's any;
● Plan and provide supports to distributors on credit, price, service etc. as the interface to the related function teams and distributors;
● Review and validate channel deployment business cases to enable the business team to get closer to the customer;
● Drive systems optimization and manage system changes to support any process changes;
● Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree in Business or marketing, communications or equivalent
● At least 5 years
● Proven experience as channel specialist or similar role, solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite
