Responsibilities
· Lead the creation of project plans that clearly define the project scope, assumptions, risks and overall project approach including project resource needs, high level timelines and project communications.
· Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original scope.
· Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses in scope, on schedule and within budget.
· Drive compliance with the IT Quality processes and SDLC process, including the IT change management and quality/testing process.
· Communicate project status to project steering committee and other stakeholders as appropriate. Manage project issues/risks in a timely manner and appropriately escalating when necessary.
· Deliver SDLC documents.
· Collaborate with solutions leads and business partners to ensure technologies are meeting the requirements.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in solution project, with a proven track record of complex projects solution.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
· Proficient in spoken and written Chinese.
· Proficient in written English and Workable English speaking.
