工作內(nèi)容： SMT (PCBA)
Material: PCB, EE, ME parts
1. Supplier Assessment: Evaluate and qualify new suppliers by conducting audits, assessing their quality systems, and verifying compliance with standards.
2. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze supplier performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to address quality issues.
3. Root Cause Analysis: Work with suppliers to perform root cause analysis for defects or non-conforming materials and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
4. Supplier Development: Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure supplier quality aligns with company requirements and standards.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of supplier performance, audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure supplier materials and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
需求條件：
大學(xué)/本科以上學(xué)歷，Toeic:500分以上，5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
o Experience with SQE management.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
o Familiar with SMT processes, IPC-610/600 standards, SPC, QC system, FA tools, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
o Preferred: Experience with ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485.
o Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
o Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
