崗位職責(zé) Job Description:
1. 引領(lǐng)抖音平臺(tái)發(fā)展,制定在新興快速發(fā)展平臺(tái)的策略,管理和平臺(tái)的關(guān)系和主導(dǎo)平臺(tái)上的商業(yè)條款。
Lead Douyin platform development, build the strategy for emerging channels and seize business opportunities, manage the relationship with Douyin including the commercial terms.
2. 制定抖音的年度/季度聯(lián)合生意計(jì)劃 (銷售基礎(chǔ)提升),并充分和平臺(tái)達(dá)成一致。
Lead annual and quarterly Joint Business Plan (JBP) including sales fundamental improvement plan, and make sure the JBP aligned with platforms.
3. 主導(dǎo)抖音平臺(tái)的活動(dòng)和營銷計(jì)劃,并充分置換平臺(tái)資源和利用平臺(tái)大數(shù)據(jù)。
Lead the trade promotion and marketing plan on Douyin, fully leverage platform resource and big data, and get disproportionately support from platforms.
4. 優(yōu)化和管理整個(gè)運(yùn)營流程,并與營銷、物流、BU等部門協(xié)調(diào),實(shí)現(xiàn)卓越運(yùn)營。
Optimize and manage the entire operation process and coordinate with Marketing, Logistic, BU etc. to deliver operation excellence.
5. 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)營新興平臺(tái),包括直播間管理、促銷策略、產(chǎn)品布局等
Lead team to operate emerging channels, e.g. live streaming management, promotion strategy, product assortment, etc.
6. 管理DP(包括官旗及矩陣號(hào))、進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析、用戶體驗(yàn)優(yōu)化,提升消費(fèi)者體驗(yàn)。
Manage DP (Douyin Partners) and live accounts, on site analysis, and user experience optimization to improve customer online shopping experience.
7. 制定達(dá)人直播及運(yùn)營策略,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成達(dá)人直播目標(biāo)。
Deliver KOL live streaming strategy to achieve KOL live streaming GMV target.
專業(yè)資質(zhì)要求 Professional Requirements :
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子商務(wù)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor degree or above, major in E-commerce is preferred.
2、至少5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),必須具備抖音平臺(tái)運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 5 years relevant experience in China ecommerce, must have experience on Douyin platforms.
3、熟悉平臺(tái)活動(dòng)和規(guī)則,熟悉抖音平臺(tái)店鋪運(yùn)營策略、直播及營銷玩法。
Familiar with platform activities and rules, familiar with Douyin platform store operation strategy, live streaming operation and emkt etc.
4、擅長數(shù)據(jù)分析,包括日常產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營分析,流量及轉(zhuǎn)化分析,營銷策略等。
Good at data analysis, e.g. product analysis, traffic and conversion analysis, eMedia strategy etc.
5、擅長管理DP和矩陣號(hào)直播團(tuán)隊(duì),具有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力
Good at DP and live management, have team management capability.
6、良好的溝通表達(dá)能力,有責(zé)任心,思維活躍,有較好的邏輯性以及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。
Have good communication skills, sense of responsibility, active thinking, good logic and teamwork skills.
7、具有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力。
Strong ability to work under pressure and learn well.
8、熟練使用英文溝通。
