Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Operations:
o Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, purchase order creation, and contract negotiation.
o Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services in alignment with organizational goals.
o Manage order commitment and goods delivery to meet operation requirements.
2. SAP System Expertise:
o Utilize SAP systems for procurement activities, including material master data management, purchase requisitions, and invoice processing.
o Lead and support SAP system go-live activities, including project planning, testing, training, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
o Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize SAP procurement modules and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
3. Project Management:
o Manage and drive critical procurement and supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
o Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Digital Supply Chain Concepts:
o Apply digital supply chain concepts, such as automation, data analytics, and AI-driven tools, to enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making.
o Identify opportunities for process improvement through the adoption of digital technologies.
5. Data Analysis
