- 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品市場需求文檔及設(shè)計實現(xiàn)文檔完成新產(chǎn)品/產(chǎn)品軟件變更的功能、軟件系統(tǒng)及可靠性/性能相關(guān)測試工作

- 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品測試需求分析、測試策略和規(guī)劃制定、測試用例設(shè)計、測試執(zhí)行及缺陷管理和測試報告編制
Responsible for product test requirements analysis, test strategy and planning, test designing, test execution, defects management and test report preparation.
- 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)同質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊處理客戶反饋的軟件質(zhì)量問題分析、復(fù)現(xiàn)和修復(fù)方案的驗證
Responsible for coordinating with quality team to analysis, recurrence the software quality defects from customer feedback, and verify the defects repair solution.
§ 團(tuán)隊技術(shù)建設(shè) Team Technical Development（30%）
- 參與軟件測試團(tuán)隊的自動化測試平臺工具的設(shè)計、開發(fā)和驗證工作
Participate in the software automatic test platform designing, development and validation
- 參與軟件測試方案知識庫的建立、管理和優(yōu)化
Participate in the establishment, management and optimization of software test solution and knowledge library.
- 組織和參與公司軟件測試技術(shù)交流和知識分享活動
Organize and attend company's software test technical seminar and experience sharing
任職資格Qualifications Required
本科及以上學(xué)歷, 計算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、軟件工程、電子信息工程、自動化、儀器儀表等相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor or above, major in computer science and technology, software engineering, electronic information engineering，automation, instrument etc. (MUST)
§ 具有軟件語言使用與開發(fā)能力，例如Python、Java、C/C#語言等
Has the ability to use and develop software language, such as Python, Java, C/C#, etc. (MUST)
§ 具有3年及以上的嵌入式產(chǎn)品軟件開發(fā)、軟件測試、軟件產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理等方面工作經(jīng)驗
3 year work experience in embedded product software test, software development and software quality management.
§ 熟悉軟件測試?yán)碚摵图夹g(shù)方法，產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和測試驗證工作流程
Be familiar with software testing theory and technical methods, product development and test validation workflow.
§ 具有良好的溝通協(xié)作和影響他人的能力（MUST）
Be good at the skills of impactful communication, cooperation.
§ 具備AI應(yīng)用開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)與能力邊界認(rèn)知，理解AI常見風(fēng)險并能在應(yīng)用中提出緩解措施。
§ Basic ability in AI application development and understanding of capability boundaries: aware of AI risks and mitigation in application. (PLUS)
