Job Description:
1. Establish and continuously optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes—including procurement, warehousing, upstream/downstream coordination, and planning—to enhance overall operational efficiency and support business growth.
2. Define strategic inventory policies and optimize stock structure to ensure on-time raw material delivery, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and business continuity.
3. Build a lean, digitized warehouse environment; lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging data-driven tools (e.g., Tableau, VBA, Python) to reduce total logistics costs and increase supply chain resilience.
4. Drive cross-functional collaboration in a “R
