Primary Responsibilities:- Responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. Follows an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.- Analyse the gap between current process and the specs requirement, update or initiate work instructions to introduce processes for APQP.- Collect requirements and lesson learned applicable to product and associated NPI projects.- Define project targets, develop SOW and identify potential risks.- Communicating with all action owners about detailed timing and mark key dates in milestone considering APQP, action or activities in milestone may include BOM/supplier chain risk assessment/PFD/PFMEA/Identify process KCs/Control plan/Manufacturing instructions and documentation/Production readiness evaluate/MSA/production product run/capacity analysis/FAI and so on.- Ensure each action started and completed on time as planned.- Control NPI project cost per target.- Communicating with action owner and make adjustment when unexpected issue happens.- Record and collaborate with cross function teams to solve any problems occurred in process validation.- Evaluate KPIs of each NPI project and identify continuous improvement action.- Summary lesson learned, share it with the team.- Participate in LEAN initiative, use 6 sigma tools for process improvements.- Participate in EHS related actions, to improve safety in own area.- Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR
